Privacy policy.

This policy explains how Etzah Coaching, a practice of Tevah Enterprises based in Houston, TX (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects information when you visit etzahcoaching.com.

Information you give us

• Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), topic of interest and message.
• Prayer request form. Your prayer request and, only if you choose to give them, your name and email address. You can send a request anonymously.
• Booking a discovery call. Booking happens through Google Calendar’s appointment scheduling. The details you enter there are collected by Google and shared with us so we can hold the call. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that service.
• Email and phone. Anything you send us directly.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser type, device, general location and pages visited. It does not tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

How we use your information

• To reply to your messages and arrange discovery calls and coaching sessions.
• To pray for the requests you share, together with our prayer team.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Prayer requests are shared only with Dennis Bonilla Jr. and his prayer team. Otherwise we share information only with the service providers that run the site for us (website hosting, email delivery, Google Calendar and Google Analytics), and only so they can provide those services, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and requests only as long as we need them for the purpose you sent them, or as the law requires, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing info@etzahcoaching.com.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and the site is served over a secure connection. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please don’t send anything through the forms that you would not want shared.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of thirteen.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
