My approach
Thoughtful coaching,rooted in wisdom.
I help people gain clarity, develop practical skills, strengthen their thinking and habits, and apply wisdom to real-life situations, with faith part of it whenever you choose.
How I coach
Listen. Discover. Grow.
Every coaching relationship moves through three simple movements, again and again.
Listen
I take time to understand you, your circumstances and what matters most to you before offering anything.
Discover
Together we gain clarity: the opportunities, the challenges and the goals that are worth your energy.
Grow
We turn insight into intentional action, building practical skills, stronger habits and wisdom you can use.
Coaching vs counseling
Clear about my role.
I’m a life coach, not a licensed counselor. Coaching looks forward: goals, decisions, habits and next steps. Counseling is the right support for healing and mental health concerns.
Coaching works alongside professional care, not instead of it. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

The role of faith
Biblical wisdom, practical action.
My coaching is Christian-rooted. I believe biblical wisdom and practical action belong together: wisdom shows the way, and action takes the next step.
Faith is always your choice. If you want Scripture and prayer to be part of our work, they will be. If you don’t, you’ll still get thoughtful, practical coaching.
“The purpose in a man’s heart is like deep water, but a man of understanding will draw it out.”
Accountability & encouragement
Support that helps you follow through.
Good intentions need structure and encouragement. Here’s how we keep moving.
Reflection
We look back at what worked, what didn’t and what you learned.
Clear goals
You set goals that are specific enough to act on and meaningful enough to care about.
Follow-through
We check in on the steps you chose, honestly and without judgment.
Encouragement
I’ll be in your corner, especially in the weeks when progress feels slow.

What success looks like
Growth, not guarantees.
I can’t promise outcomes, and I won’t. Success in coaching isn’t a finish line. It’s meaningful growth you can see in your own life.
For one person that means a clear decision. For another it means steadier habits, a better conversation at home or a renewed sense of purpose.
- Knowing what matters most to you
- Taking steps instead of circling
- Habits that hold in busy seasons
- Facing challenges with more steadiness
