Couples Coaching in Houston, TX
Grow together,move forward together.
Coaching for married and engaged couples who want to understand each other better, communicate well and build a shared direction. Together or one at a time.

Couples coaching
Two people, one direction.
Couples coaching helps you and your partner talk honestly, understand each other and work toward goals you share. It looks forward: where you want your relationship to go and the practical steps to get there.
Unlike 1:1 coaching, the focus is the relationship itself. We work on how you communicate, decide and grow together.

FAQ
Questions about couples coaching.
Can I take part without my partner?
Yes. Couples coaching can happen together or one at a time, so you can start even if your partner isn’t ready yet.
Do you take sides?
When I first heard this question, I thought it was a strange one. The more I spoke with couples, the more I understood why it comes up. Honestly, it usually comes from the partner who lacks accountability the most. I don’t say that to offend; it’s transparency. There’s no bias when you coach with wisdom. Both of you are heard, and we look for a way forward together.
Is couples coaching only for married couples?
Couples coaching is for married and engaged couples who want to grow together.
What if we need counseling instead?
Some situations call for a licensed counselor. If that’s the case, we can talk about it honestly. Coaching works alongside professional care, not instead of it.
Other ways to work together
Coaching for one, or for a group.
