Coaching for everyseason of life.

Why coaching

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Most of us know where we want to go. What’s often missing is someone in your corner to help you see clearly, make a plan and keep going when it gets hard.

  • Intentional guidance

Honest conversations that help you see what matters most and decide what to do next.

  • Encouragement

Someone who believes in your growth and reminds you of it in the hard weeks.

  • Accountability

Gentle follow-through on the goals you set, so good intentions turn into steady habits.

What to expect

A simple way to begin.

  1. Discovery call

A free phone call about where you are, where you want to go and whether coaching is a good fit.

  2. Set your direction

We name your goals and what matters most, so the work has a clear focus.

  3. Meet and grow

Regular sessions in person or virtual, with practical steps to take between them.

  4. Keep moving forward

We look back at your progress, adjust the plan and keep building.

Faith integration

Faith is part of it, by your choice.

My coaching is Christian-rooted. For many people, faith and biblical principles are a source of wisdom, strength and direction, and we can bring them into every part of our work together.

If faith isn’t part of your life, or you’d rather keep it separate, that’s completely fine. You’ll get the same practical, respectful coaching either way. You decide how much faith is part of it.

  • Scripture and prayer, if you’d like them
  • Biblical wisdom applied to real decisions
  • Practical coaching, with or without faith

Choosing your format

Not sure which is right?

A quick guide. We can always decide together on the discovery call.

  • 1:1 coaching

If you want focused, personal attention on your own goals, decisions or season of life.

  • Couples coaching

If you and your partner want to grow together. You can meet together or one at a time.

  • Group coaching

If you’d like to grow alongside others and learn from shared conversations.

FAQ

Common questions.

Common questions about coaching. There are more on the FAQ page.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching is a good fit if you’re ready to grow, make a decision or change something in your life, and you’d like someone in your corner while you do it. If you’re not sure, the free discovery call is the place to find out together.

What happens during a coaching session?

We talk about what’s happening in your life, look at your goals and decide on practical next steps. Sessions are honest and judgment-free, and they follow what matters most to you.

Do I need to be a Christian to work with you?

No. My coaching is Christian-rooted, and faith and biblical principles are part of it whenever you choose. If you’d rather keep faith out of our sessions, you’ll get the same practical, respectful coaching.

Do you offer virtual coaching?

Yes. Virtual coaching is open to you wherever you live, and in-person sessions are available across Greater Houston.

How much does coaching cost?

There are no set packages. Every situation is different, so we talk about investment on your discovery call, once I understand what you’re looking for.

Coaching vs counseling

Which one do you need?

Coaching and counseling can both help, but they are different. Knowing the difference helps you choose the right support.

Coaching may be right if…

  • You want to set goals and make steady progress on them
  • You’re facing a decision, a transition or a stuck season
  • You’re managing day to day and ready to grow
  • You’d like encouragement and accountability along the way

Counseling may be right if…

  • You want to heal from past hurts or deep emotional pain
  • Struggles are making daily life hard to manage
  • You think you may need a licensed mental health professional
  • You need care that coaching isn’t designed to give
